With a professional license from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, as well as membership of professional organizations, DDW personnel can be appointed as curators in bankruptcy and postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU) cases. The Partners who are members of DDW have experience in managing bankruptcy and PKPU proceedings, as well as experience in being appointed as Curator in Bankruptcy and Administrator in PKPU based on the decision of the Commercial Court at the District Court in the relevant jurisdiction.
